.stk-block-text__text{font-size:20px !important;}}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Objetivo<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Con motivo de combatir a la corrupci\u00f3n, fomentar la cultura de la transparencia y rendici\u00f3n de cuentas, se tiene por objetivo substanciar el Procedimiento de Responsabilidad Administrativa, el cual inicia con la admisi\u00f3n del Informe de Presunta Responsabilidad que, emite la Unidad de Denuncias e Investigaciones, conoce y sanciona cuando se trate de faltas administrativas no graves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En caso de que, las faltas sean calificadas como graves, as\u00ed como, por actos u omisiones de particulares, substanciar\u00e1 el Procedimiento de Responsabilidad Administrativa, hasta el cierre de la audiencia inicial y, remitir\u00e1 los autos originales del expediente para la continuaci\u00f3n del procedimiento y resoluci\u00f3n al Tribunal de Justicia Administrativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text 0.469), 20px);\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lleva a cabo las diligencias y actuaciones necesarias hasta la emisi\u00f3n de la resoluci\u00f3n que corresponda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aplica y garantiza la ejecuci\u00f3n de sanciones impuestas por la Unidad de Responsabilidades Administrativas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Da a conocer las infracciones en las que incurran servidores p\u00fablicos
